Our partners are telehealth companies building virtual care at scale, and when they have questions, hit integration issues, or need to ship something new, they need a technical expert who can meet them where they are, fast.</div><div><br></div><div>You are the bridge between our platform and our partners: on calls, in Slack, and in the codebase. The role is equal parts engineering and relationship. You will be the person our partners call, the one running their kick-off, and the one shipping the integration that unblocks them.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li class=""><strong>Own the partner technical relationship:</strong> Be the primary technical point of contact for our partners, from kick-off calls to day-to-day triage to integration support</li><li class=""><strong>Slack triage:</strong> Field inbound Slack questions from partner teams; a mix of quick answers and deeper digs</li><li class=""><strong>Partner kick-offs:</strong> Run 3-5 partner kick-off calls per week, own implementation plans, and maintain a regular cadence of scheduled client calls</li><li class=""><strong>SLA coverage:</strong> Respond to partner inquiries within our contracted SLAs, including periodic weekend coverage</li><li class=""><strong>Integration and tooling delivery:</strong> Maintain and execute against our backlog of partner-facing features, integrations, libraries, and SDKs</li><li class=""><strong>New service lines:</strong> Contribute to new service lines as we roll them out, including building integrations, writing external documentation, and creating guides that help partners move faster independently</li><li class=""><strong>Product and engineering translation:</strong> Convert partner pain into clear specs, bug reports, and product asks; own the partner request tracking system</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li class="">5-10 years of engineering experience, with meaningful time in a client-facing or partner-facing capacity</li><li class="">Direct partner or customer-facing experience; you have been on the calls and owned the relationships</li><li class="">Healthcare industry experience, ideally in integration or infrastructure</li><li class="">Fluency in our core stack: TypeScript, Node, and React</li><li class="">Broad technical knowledge across other languages and stacks</li><li class="">Strong written and verbal communication, calibrated for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders; clear, direct, and appropriately informal</li><li class="">Self-organized and able to manage your own time and priorities without being told what to do next</li><li class="">Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></div><ul><li class="">Experience working with EHRs</li><li class="">Familiarity with Postgres, Temporal, and AWS</li><li class="">Prior experience shipping integrations, libraries, or SDKs</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Why Bridge?</strong></div><ul><li class="">Direct ownership over our partner technical experience from the start</li><li class="">High autonomy and real ownership within a small, senior engineering team</li><li class="">Work directly with our CTO and leadership team in a high-growth, venture-backed health tech company</li><li class="">Real technical scope: client relationships, integration builds, and platform contributions all in one role</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Location:</strong></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 26, 50);">This is a fully remote role.
