Specifications Manager, Premium Customer

Role Objective

Premium Customer Sales (PCS) Manager, Malaysia, LWT APAC supports sales operations and drive engagement with B2B accounts, as well as premium clients in Malaysia. They are responsible for engaging B2B partners, premium customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with premium customers and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

The PCS Account Manager will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and enhancing the overall sales experience. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support & Execution:
  • Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry
  • To lead in sales negotiation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, as well as to liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
  • Work with the retail sales team to enhance customer engagement and ensure seamless buying experience.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B accounts (developers, house owners, Architects, Interior Designers & QS Consultant) and premium customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Personalize interactions to build loyalty and long-term engagement.
  1. Operational Excellence:
  • Support daily sales operations, including order processing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and service fulfillment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
  1. Market Research & Insights:
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and emerging demands.
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
Job Specifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
