Sr Analyst, Consumer Group Finance - REMOTE from any US based location

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible. Candidates and associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices for interviews, training and/or meetings. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.

CNO Financial Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Consumer Group Finance to assist with the development, evaluation, and reporting of key strategic initiatives and management presentations. The Senior Analyst will also work closely with counterparts from the Group Division, Corporate Finance, and the Distribution Planning and Analysis Center of Excellence (DP&A CoE) to ensure consistent reporting, adherence to key corporate timelines, and any other tasks that may arise from time to time.

As a Senior Analyst Consumer Group Finance, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducts strategic initiative reporting for Bankers Life, Washington National, and Colonial Penn.
  • Supports business case development for Consumer Division Growth Strategy initiatives.
  • Assist with the development of key management deliverables, including Rating Agency presentations, QBR materials, internal business reviews, etc.
  • Work closely with technology and DP&A CoE team members to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and availability of data used in various operational and strategic reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with Consumer Division business partners to continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures and internal control standards to ensure "One Source of Truth" reporting.
  • Maintains documentation for key financial reporting and operations processes and models.
  • Performs Budget/Forecast validation and process support as required.

The Senior Analyst Consumer Group Finance position is well suited for you if you:

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline required.
  • 5 years of financial and operational experience required.
  • Experience using AI technologies and Power BI to support analytics and data-driven insights.

  • Master’s degree in finance or related discipline preferred
  • 6 years of financial and operational experience preferred
  • Extensive experience working with AI tool and Power BI to support analytics and data-driven insights.
