This position is integral to assisting with the development and optimization of Burger King’s in-house pricing guidance model and takes full responsibility for performing pricing analysis and providing pricing recommendations to 1/3 of Burger King’s franchise locations, in addition to ad-hoc analyses and projects. This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments to execute pricing strategy decision-making.  RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL. What You'll Do: Collaborate on developing and enhancing the pricing model by leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven techniques to improve pricing strategies.  Focus on the day-to-day operational aspects of pricing guidance, from conducting intake call with Franchisees to understand their current pricing strategies/ needs to deployment of pricing recommendations and monitoring the impact of price adjustment after each round.   Maintain comprehensive documentation of the pricing model and execution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members and stakeholders.  Analyze pricing data to provide insights into pricing trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes, contributing to informed pricing decisions.  What You'll Need To Succeed: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.  2+ years of experience in pricing execution, revenue management, or a comparable position.   Strong analytical, and computer skills, including experience with database and spreadsheet programs.  Highly proficient with MS Office applications. Must be an advanced user in Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables (and associated formulas)  Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx Strong organizational and project management skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer support.  Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  #BurgerKing Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
