Partnering with Client Operations, Finance, People, and other G&A teams, you'll leverage AI, workflow automation, and integration tools to eliminate manual work and drive efficiency at scale. Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar), scripting languages (Python, JavaScript), and API integrations. Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation is highly valued. Strong grasp of Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration patterns; ability to configure actions, connect data sources, and troubleshoot agent workflows.</li> <li><strong>Systems Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and common business systems (HRIS, ERP, finance tools) is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solving:</strong> Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex processes and design scalable, elegant solutions.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements. </li> <li><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Agentforce Skills:</span></strong> 1+ year(s) of Agentforce (or equivalent agent building experience) preferred</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Self-starter with a passion for automation and AI.
