Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive net new growth with high-potential prospects primarily through strategic account-based outreach. This role is essential for Skyline to achieve overall growth targets and the Sr. BDM will work closely with marketing on top-tier client prospecting strategies including outreach and messaging, lead generation, lead conversion and overall pipeline build and management. The Sr.

Manager will be someone who loves "the hunt" and is able to achieve revenue and profitability goals through the proven ability to drive leads to success via a consultative and strategic approach. This role is solely focused on landing new logos for Skyline vs. managing/growing existing clients.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospects regarding their trade show program, exhibiting needs, annual spend, and any ancillary face-to-face marketing activities with partnership potential.
  • Deploy a mix of outreach activities including social medial, email campaigns, in person engagements and cold calling to identify prospects
  • Leverage network and existing relationships with key decision makers to generate leads and convert prospects via consultative, customer-centric selling behaviors.
  • Manage complex capabilities and pitch meetings, and work effectively with all departments by using their expertise appropriately.
