As our <strong>Senior Copywriter</strong> you're not just in charge of the words, you’re also a big part of the ideas. You're not just a wordsmith, you're a creative first. You'll work closely with our team of passionate ideators, advocates, scientists, and storytellers to develop campaigns and content that make a real difference. Ideas that drive real change. You'll be constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.</p> <p>Reporting into the Group Creative Director, you’ll work closely with a creative team to bring new ideas and client work to life. You’ll work across clients, as well as new business.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work in partnership with the creative and strategy teams to ideate, develop and execute integrated health campaigns across platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiential, and content.</li> <li>Writing will include a mix of short- and long-form, and will include a variety of different styles of writing, such as web/digital/social and media/publication/journalistic writing. </li> <li>Work will also include developing and/or adhering to – and thriving within – different brand voices.     </li> <li>Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, working seamlessly with multiple teams, as well as managing and providing direction to junior team members. </li> <li>Work in concert with a wide range of specialists including media, scientific communications, studio, project management and more.</li> <li>Join and participate in team meetings, brainstorms, planning sessions and more to drive client business.</li> <li>Be client facing, including preparing and presenting creative presentations, follow and integrate feedback, and deliver against team deadlines. </li> <li>Be a nice human who is collaborative, hard-working and dedicated to helping make the world better for people impacted by disease. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of copywriting experience in an agency setting (including advertising, PR or medical education)</li> <li>In-depth knowledge and experience in social media content and writing – including a good sense of what makes for truly stand out work that travels.  </li> <li>Creativity is a must - we aren’t just looking for a writer. We are looking for an idea generator. One that has a curious mind, loves to solve problems with ideas that work. And who of course can write all about them. </li> <li>Experience in the pharmaceutical space – and a keen interest in the healthcare space as a whole – is a must.  </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at the same time </li> <li>A proactive problem solver, always looking tackle big challenges and have big wins</li> <li>Both a team player and a self-starter - with a drive to succeed. </li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li> <li>Working knowledge of agency tools to deliver work to clients (including, Microsoft Office [Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.], Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and others.</li> </ul> <p><strong>A few things to know as you’re applying:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Team is everything.
