<p>About the Role</p> <p>The Precor and Peloton Commercial brands are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Credit Manager to lead and scale our global commercial credit and financing function. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert for global credit risk, underwriting, financing programs, and complex deal structuring across multiple regions and business models.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in commercial credit, equipment financing, leasing structures, and global risk management, combined with strong operational leadership and a passion for process transformation through technology, AI, and automation. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and Operations leadership to enable revenue growth while maintaining disciplined risk management and strong internal controls.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to overseeing global credit operations, this role will play a critical leadership role in evaluating, designing, and implementing new financing programs and strategic lending partnerships that support the Commercial Business Unit’s long-term growth initiatives. The position requires someone who can operate strategically at an executive level while also driving operational execution, process standardization, and scalable global solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary credit and financing subject matter expert across the commercial business for Precor and Peloton Commerical, evaluating complex deals and providing clear recommendations on risk, structure, and tradeoffs to support leadership decisions</li> <li>Build and scale a best-in-class global credit operating model through standardized processes, AI & automation, KPI-driven management, team capability development, and adoption of leading practices across both traditional credit management and specialized financing scenarios</li> <li>Lead the evaluation, design, implementation, and ongoing execution of new financing programs and strategic financing partnerships, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and external lenders to stand up scalable financing solutions globally</li> <li>Provide deep expertise in equipment financing and leasing structures, including underwriting loans, finance leases, operating leases, vendor programs, and third-party funding models, with strong understanding of how these solutions are structured, documented, and executed in practice</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert in SAP (AR, credit management, OTC processes) with the ability to navigate the system, identify gaps, and drive process improvements and automation across regions</li> <li>Leverage modern credit technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance credit decisioning, collections efficiency, portfolio visibility, and overall process performance</li> <li>Oversee global commercial credit underwriting, including financial analysis, credit bureau evaluation, and credit limit setting for B2B customers across countries and diverse markets</li> <li>Work with leadership to develop and maintain global credit policies, approval frameworks, and risk thresholds that balance speed, consistency, internal control, and prudent risk management</li> <li>Lead global credit risk management and portfolio oversight, monitoring exposure, delinquency trends, reserve adequacy, financing partner performance, and emerging risks across regions</li> <li>Provide senior leadership with clear, actionable insights into the global aging profile, identifying risk trends and delivering high-accuracy cash inflow forecasts</li> <li>Bring expertise in global credit practices, including country-specific considerations such as payment terms, legal frameworks, collections practices, and credit risk norms across multiple regions</li> <li>Structure and support complex financing deals involving franchisees, multi-entity customers, and non-traditional credit profiles, including guarantor frameworks and ownership considerations</li> <li>Partner closely with Sales globally to enable deal velocity, helping structure financing solutions that maximize revenue growth while maintaining appropriate risk controls</li> <li>Manage relationships with third-party lenders, brokers, and financing partners across regions, negotiating commercial terms, improving approval outcomes, and supporting strategic financing programs including recourse, UNL pools, and other risk-sharing structures</li> <li>Review and interpret financing agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation, partnering with legal to assess and mitigate risk across jurisdictions</li> <li>Establish guidelines for conditional approvals and exceptions, enabling the business to move quickly while maintaining disciplined risk management</li> <li>Partner with Accounting and Treasury to refine bad debt reserve methodology, manage financing-related exposure, and assess revenue recognition impacts</li> <li>Strengthen and optimize the global internal control framework across the credit and financing lifecycle, ensuring approval authorities, segregation of duties, and documentation standards are consistently applied across all regions</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics. </li> <li>7+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit, underwriting, finance operations, equipment financing, leasing, or related financial risk management roles</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of SAP credit management, accounts receivable, and order-to-cash processes</li> <li>Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present clear recommendations and risk assessments to senior leadership</li> <li>Strong expertise in B2B credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit limit management, and global portfolio risk oversight</li> <li>Deep understanding of equipment financing structures, leasing programs, third-party lending partnerships, and financing documentation</li> <li>Experience leading financing program implementation and managing external lender and financing partner relationships</li> <li>Demonstrated success driving process improvements, operational scalability, and technology-enabled automation initiatives</li> <li>Experience developing global credit policies, approval frameworks, internal controls, and risk governance processes</li> <li>Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Treasury, Accounting, Operations, and external financing partners</li> <li>Experience leading teams, managing organizational change, and building scalable operational processes in global environments</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>CBA or other NACM certification preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Base salary range: $150,000 to $180,000</p> <p>The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
