Sr. Machine Learning Architect (Remote)

In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in cloud environments, specifically AWS, to help our customers develop scalable AI/ML solutions. You will work within a collaborative team, bridging the gap between complex technical processes and business objectives. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities • Design machine learning solutions and execute projects end-to-end from proof-of-concept to production using cloud-native technologies. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for machine learning solutions. • Manage all project phases: problem definition, data annotation, model development, deployment, and training documentation. • Architect ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a strong focus on MLOps. • Stay updated on the latest machine learning research and integrate new findings into existing models. • Build credibility through technical excellence and establish strong relationships with customers. Requirements • Masters with 10+ years or PhD with 6+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning. • Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Machine Learning solutions. • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Proficient in building ML models and knowledgeable in ML techniques. • Experience with frameworks like Hugging Face, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and architectures like transformers. • Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with microservices architectural patterns. • Good understanding of agile methodologies and project planning for machine learning. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams through technical challenges. • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
