Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, this role owns partnership activation from strategy through execution in the U.S., and builds the playbooks, tools, and field support that enable clubs and franchisees to market effectively in their local markets — equipping international master franchisees with the same resources and best practices. The role ensures programs are aligned to broader business priorities and delivered with speed, clarity, and measurable impact. It is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a marketer who can shape direction and actively drive work forward across a matrixed organization. This role partners closely with operations, analytics, shared services, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop scalable programs that support both the U.S. business and international master franchisees.
