Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. </p></div><p data-start="0" data-end="217">We are seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead the execution of our European electrolysis plant projects. We are looking for an experienced technical leader who is seeking a challenge and wants to make a major impact.</p> <p data-start="219" data-end="547">In this role, you will serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate the efforts of our US-based engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes in Europe. You will lead a team responsible for individual elements of the project, ensuring strong coordination across teams and seamless overall project execution.</p> <p data-start="549" data-end="578">This role is based in Europe.</p> <p style="line-height: 2;" data-start="580" data-end="1796"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><br>• Manage projects from customer purchase order through completion, overseeing all phases including design, construction, and deployment<br>• Drive projects to meet the full range of customer contractual requirements<br>• Work effectively across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum<br>• Own the project Management of Change (MoC) and Request for Information (RFI) processes<br>• Manage detailed project schedules and coordinate key milestones related to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning<br>• Track project budgets and analyze risks to inform decision-making and tradeoffs<br>• Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders<br>• Analyze and evaluate complex project challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impacts to project timelines and costs<br>• Conduct regular fabricator visits during the fabrication phase and site visits during construction and commissioning to assess progress and work with responsible teams to resolve issues<br>• Onboard and manage external resources to support project management objectives</p> <p style="line-height: 2;" data-start="1798" data-end="2435" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node=""><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field<br>• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager<br>• Experience leading plant projects in petrochemical refining, renewable energy assets, gas processing, or power systems through the full project lifecycle<br>• Experience serving as the primary customer point of contact for major equipment or plant projects<br>• Understanding of EU project execution requirements and best practices<br>• Fluent in English<br>• Spanish fluency preferred<br>• Experience executing projects in Spain preferred<br>• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during key project phases</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​</p> <p>Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package.
