<p><br><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Position Overview</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">We are seeking a high-potential Strategic Advisor & Engagement Lead to support the growth and evolution of our Public Sector consulting practice. This individual will serve as both a trusted client advisor and an engagement leader, partnering closely with practice leadership to drive strategic client outcomes, delivery excellence, operational transformation, and practice growth.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">This role reports directly to the Director and will play an active role in influencing practice strategy, client growth opportunities, service evolution, and AI-enabled consulting innovation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">While technical fluency is important, this role is centered on strategic leadership, business transformation, and cross-functional collaboration rather than deep engineering expertise. The ideal candidate is highly client-facing, influence-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial. They should be equally comfortable facilitating strategic discussions with clients, leading delivery execution, managing engagement financials, and helping shape the future direction of the practice.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">We are looking for someone who can bridge business and technical conversations, guide implementation teams strategically, solve complex organizational problems, and build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
