Subject Matter Expert – Microsoft Clinical Informatics Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Informatics SME with experience in healthcare technology and digital health systems to develop a comprehensive training course on the role of a Microsoft Clinical Informatics Specialist. The SME will be responsible for creating the course outline, developing and reviewing content, designing practical healthcare technology scenarios, and recording screencasts, talking-head videos, and green-screen presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create course outline, learning objectives, and module structure.
  • Develop and review content covering clinical informatics, electronic health records (EHRs), healthcare data management, interoperability, clinical workflows, and healthcare technology solutions.
  • Design practical exercises and real-world clinical informatics use cases.
  • Record high-quality screencasts demonstrating relevant Microsoft healthcare technologies, workflows, and data solutions.
  • Record talking-head and green-screen videos for course delivery.
  • Validate technical and domain accuracy while ensuring alignment with current healthcare and clinical informatics best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Clinical Informatics, Healthcare IT, Health Information Management, Nursing Informatics, or related healthcare technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems, healthcare data standards, interoperability, clinical workflows, and healthcare analytics.
  • Experience developing training content, eLearning courses, or healthcare education materials.
  • Comfortable recording professional screencasts, talking-head videos, and green-screen presentations.
  • Experience with Microsoft healthcare solutions, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Health Data Services, or related technologies is preferred.
