Work Monday - Friday

June 1st - August 14th

This position will go on field trips, including but not limited to swimming pools, parks, zoo, museums, trampoline park, etc.

Conmigo Early Education Center is a non-profit childcare center that serves children between the ages of two months and twelve-years-old. We provide care and education for up to 140 children.

The summer program teacher leads educational, recreational, or enrichment classes during the summer break. They are responsible for delivering engaging, condensed instruction, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a safe, positive learning environment. Responsibilities also include develop weekly lesson plans and lead hands-on activities. Age range of students will be 5-6 years old and 7-11 years old.

What we are looking for:

  • Required: At least 18 years old, high school diploma/ GED, a clean background check and some experience in group care. Successful applicants are expected to continue formal training to meet program requirements.
  • Preferred: A CDA (Child Development Credential), a clean background check and two years of experience in group care.
  • Preferred but not required: Bilingual (English\Spanish)
