This includes partnering with retail stores to resolve imbalances/discrepancies and approve journal entries & reconciliations related to both store and e-commerce sales.<br><br>Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.<br><br><ul><li>Oversee and support the sales audit function, including sales and related bank/cash transactions</li><li>Collaborate closely with offshore sales audit teams and internal partners, including Loss Prevention, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams</li><li>Support the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to retail store transactions</li><li>Supervise and support the reconciliation of the retail stores and e-commerce marketplaces, and asset & liability accounts</li><li>Research and resolving variances while driving consistency and quality across processes</li><li>Support and oversee month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliation approvals</li><li>Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the broader accounting and finance organization<br><br></li></ul><strong>What do you need to succeed?<br><br></strong>We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel.<br><br>The foundation skills you will need in this position are:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is Accounting, Finance or Related area preferred or equivalent work experience</li><li>0-2 years of experience in finance or retail sales reconciliation</li><li>Demonstrated Supervisory and Leadership skills</li><li>Month-end close experience is preferred</li><li>Excellent understanding of systems (Microsoft Office Suite, SAP; Blackline, Power Query & BI tools is preferred)</li><li>Excellent Communication (oral & written)</li><li>Excellent Organizational Skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to handle and effectively manage multiple tasks in dynamic environment,</li><li>Ability to prioritize and ability to work in excess of 40 hours when necessary</li><li>Experience working with remote or offshore teams</li><li>Very limited travel for special projects<br><br></li></ul><strong>Now WE have a question for YOU. <br><br></strong><strong>Are you in?<br><br></strong><strong>Hiring Range:<br><br></strong>$52,000.00 USD - $65,000.00 USD annually<br><br><strong>Incentive Potential</strong>: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
