Supply Chain Analytics Lead (Remote)

<strong>Position Summary:</strong><br/>Develop, analyze, evaluate, and deliver actionable analytics that inform key supply chain decisions, optimize performance, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br/><strong>Define/Design/Develop Data Reporting Tools:</strong><br/>• Lead the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of databases, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and performance<br/>• Own the design of Power BI dashboard to support the business needs and the ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed<br/>• Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality with data from primary or secondary data sources. <br/>• Locate and define various reporting and analytics to accelerate the process improvement curve <br/>• Define and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements<br/>• Drive development of new applications and tools as well as ad hoc and refreshable root cause analysis or to streamline related processes<br/><br/><strong>Evaluate/Identify Data Analytics and Trends:</strong><br/>• Lead the identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques<br/>• Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets<br/>• Extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns using data mining to predict trends in the customer base <br/><br/><strong>Influence Decision-Making Through Strategic Communication & Storytelling:</strong><br/>• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs<br/>• Present data so that results, trends and risks are clearly identified <br/>• Prepare monthly presentations to leadership teams<br/>• Share compelling, insightful storytelling so the business results/needs are understood<br/><br/><strong>Experience and Education Requirements:</strong><br/>• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree <br/>• 5+ years of data management and analysis experience <br/>• 3+ years of working within a Supply Chain function <br/>• Relevant industry experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) and consumer products is a strong plus<br/><br/><strong>Skills:</strong><br/>• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues<br/>• Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes<br/>• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle, Power Bi and/or Business Intelligence is required<br/>• Advanced MS Excel skills with proficiency in advanced functionality and modeling; Excel expertise, i.e. writing macros<br/>• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to develop and use metrics/graphs to lead root-cause analysis activities<br/>• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills<br/>• Ability to effectively lead, take direction, and work within a team representing diverse business functions<br/>• Ability to influence without authority #LI-SF1<br/><br/>The approximate pay range for this position is $112,000.00 to $126,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
