Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms and associated systems (training provided).
  • Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
  • Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows).
  • Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Positions are open from entry-level to senior-level.
  • IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global colleagues

Working Hours

  • During training: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 working days per week)
