You’ll architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across modern technology ecosystems while helping guide platform modernization and long-term technical strategy.</p> <p>This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on technical expertise and close collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, analytics, and DevSecOps teams. You’ll help shape end-to-end system design, align technical solutions with business objectives, and drive the adoption of scalable and innovative technologies.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Design and oversee architecture for enterprise systems and cloud-based platforms</li> <li>Lead technical strategy for scalable, secure, and high-availability environments</li> <li>Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and modernization approaches</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business and operational goals</li> <li>Architect and support integrations across cloud, infrastructure, analytics, and application ecosystems</li> <li>Lead solution design efforts related to advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise data environments</li> <li>Partner with DevSecOps teams to support deployment pipelines and platform automation</li> <li>Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and architecture improvements</li> <li>Ensure solutions meet security, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural oversight across engineering teams</li> <li>Develop architecture artifacts, documentation, and technical roadmaps</li> <li>Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex platform and system challenges</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field</li> <li>10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience architecting large-scale systems across cloud and hybrid environments</li> <li>Hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions within Databricks environments</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise with Databricks Lakehouse architecture, workflows, and enterprise-scale implementation strategies</li> <li>Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure, integration, and distributed systems</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and architecture efforts</li> <li>Experience supporting modernization and system transformation programs</li> <li>Strong understanding of cloud platforms, system scalability, and security principles</li> <li>Excellent communication and technical leadership skills</li> <li>Eligibility to meet federal contracting and client-specific work authorization requirements is required. Due to project requirements, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native services</li> <li>Experience supporting machine learning, advanced analytics, or AI platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD environments</li> <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies</li> <li>Experience designing enterprise data lake or modern data platform architectures</li> <li>Relevant certifications preferred, including: <ul> <li>AWS Solutions Architect Professional</li> <li>AWS DevOps Engineer Professional</li> <li>Databricks certifications</li> <li>Apache Spark or Big Data certifications</li> <li>Machine learning or cloud architecture certifications</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p> <p>At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.</p> <p>For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is <strong>$167,300 to $200,800 annually</strong>. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
