Systems Administrator - OneStream

<p><strong>Overview:</strong><br><br>AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for an experienced <strong>System Administrator - OneStream</strong> who is passionate about integrating a state-of-the-art finance operating system at a fast growing software company.  </p> <p><strong>What your day to day will look like:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer and maintain the OneStream platform, including user access, security roles, and system configurations </li> <li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring data accuracy, consolidation integrity, and timely reporting </li> <li>Collaborate closely with our implementation partner to lead and support the successful build-out of our OneStream platform. </li> <li>Manage and support data integrations (including data loads) between OneStream and source systems; including NetSuite, Power BI Cube or dynamic CRM, MyHR, Greenhouse, and Concur </li> <li>Attend Scheduled OneStream training sessions </li> <li>Perform system troubleshooting and resolve application and data-related issues </li> <li>Develop and maintain business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views to support operational and financial reporting needs </li> <li>Partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Analytics teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions </li> <li>Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing and validation activities </li> <li>Ensure data integrity through routine validation, reconciliation, and quality checks </li> <li>Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, process flows, and user guides </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you will bring to our team:  </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field </li> <li>2–5 years of hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM/CPM platforms (e.g., Hyperion, SAP) </li> <li>Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, people cost analysis, and reporting processes  </li> <li>Proven experience building and maintaining cube views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules </li> <li>Experience with data integrations and ETL processes </li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills </li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li> <li>A consultative, solution-oriented mindset.
