Talent Evaluator- Part Time

Improving our guests travel experience using technology, ingenuity and kindness.” Breeze Airways is seeking Talent Evaluators- Part Time to assist in the selection of Breeze Airways Team Members to include Pilots and Flight Attendants. Candidate Evaluator work Part Time (up to 24 hours per week) on an as needed basis. This position includes Breeze Travel Benefits and 401K. Here's what you'll do • Act as subject matter expert with hiring managers and candidates as it relates to recruitment, hiring, and interviewing for each job • Ensure candidates meet or exceed qualifications of the job description • Screen candidate resumes for qualifications, background, and overall job fit • Review candidate assessments for additional screening touchpoints • Create competency- and behavioral-based interview questions that align with the Breeze Airways Values • Review and score On-Demand Video Interviews using an online video interviewing system • Recommend candidates for Face-to-Face In-person and/or Video Interviews • Conduct Face-to-Face Live Video Interviews using a Web Cam and online video interviewing system • Facilitate In-person Interviews at a Breeze Base, Corporate HDQ, or other location as needed • Complete Applicant Scorecards/Interview guides immediately following each Face-to-Face Video Interview or In-person Interview • Document applicant’s interview results via Applicant Tracking System following each Face-to-Face Interview • Collaborate with Team Members and Leadership on selection of candidates receiving conditional offer letters • Provide support and feedback (as needed) to other Talent Team Members • Support Talent Coordinators with logistical details associated with in person interviews, recruitment and/or industry events • Other duties and tasks as assigned • Strive to hire the best and the brightest for our company • Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Here's what you'll need to be successful Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement • Personal Laptop or Tablet with Camera to conduct Face to Face Teams Interviews • Provide regular verification of high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps up and down. • Able to complete multi-factor authentication to access Breeze systems. • Provide a safe and professional office work environment within residence, free from background noise and distraction. • 1+ years of experience in a Flight Attendant recruitment, interviewer, evaluator position • Exceptional communication skills and understanding of how to serve as a liaison with other departments • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Understanding of high-volume recruitment • High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility Preferred Qualifications • Leadership position within an Airline Organization Skills/Talents • Operates with the highest integrity, tackles problems with ingenuity, constantly pursues excellence, and exercises kindness in all interactions • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to successfully determine if candidate meets job requirements • Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, with sound judgment • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Maintain a neat, professional appearance • Ability to make hiring decisions based on collective observations • Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems or other high-volume tracking systems • Ability to use an On Demand Video Interviewing System • Maintain data integrity in all work processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations • Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant data • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Team’s Meetings • Ability to flex and multitask as needed Perks of the Job • Health, Vision and Dental • Health Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match • 401K with Breeze Employee Match • PTO • Travel on Breeze and other Airlines too! #LI-Remote Breeze Airways provides equal employment opportunities to all Team Members and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
