Task Order Manager – EHR

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage Task Orders under a large federal IDIQ contract
  • Work closely with Federal Customer PMO and GDIT Program Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) vendors
  • Provide technical, administrative, and operational management of development efforts and projects
  • Supervise assigned project teams to ensure Task Orders are completed on schedule, on budget, and within authorized scope
  • Provide Task Order project management, planning, and integration support
  • Conduct planning activities and provide recommendations to client on task workload

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 8 + years of experience managing projects or task orders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Experience managing project cost and schedule
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Experience with process development and process management
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
