Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and organized Teaching Admin Assistant (Part-Time) to support our academic and administrative operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, organization, and providing efficient administrative assistance to teaching staff. The Teaching Admin Assistant will play a key role in coordinating class schedules, maintaining academic records, preparing instructional materials, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between students, teachers, and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, classroom setup, and material distribution.

  • Maintain and organize student records, attendance, and performance reports.

  • Support online and offline class coordination, including scheduling and reminders.

  • Handle communication with students and parents regarding course updates and activities.

  • Prepare and format teaching materials, PowerPoint presentations, and handouts.

  • Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of programs and events.

  • Manage digital filing systems, track administrative documents, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Provide logistical support for teacher meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

  • Respond promptly to emails, calls, and administrative inquiries related to academic operations.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all student and faculty-related information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in Education, Administration, or related field).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Experience
