What You'll Do:

  • Lead a product development team in charge of central database, transactions, risk engine, and finance (recon/settlement) capabilities.
  • Manage product through the product development lifecycle by leading in house teams in drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications within the required timeline.
  • Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.
  • Work with UI/UX/Content teams to bring engaging user experiences to life.
  • Assess opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators and partner with business intelligence team to measure success.
  • Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a datadriven approach.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, external government officials and business professionals to leverage relationships.
  • Establish best practices to ensure operational efficiency and data driven decision making process.
  • Collaborate with the other product domains to get alignment, report updates and build
business cases, solutions etc.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and
manage quality for successful implementation of projects.
  • Perform analysis of payments industry, international payment partners and design suitable product solutions based on market’s demand.
Role Requirements: 1.Qualifications:
  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Science, and Information Technology or related Professional Certification.
2.Experience:
  • At least 7-10 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
  • At least 2 years of payment channel integration experience
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry, schemes operations and multi-integrated network solutions (gateway and service providers)
  • Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
  • Experience in UED (User Experience Design) or UI (User Interface) Design is preferred
  • Track record in leading business critical projects of large scope
3.Skills/Knowledge:
  • Strong command of written and oral English
  • Able to manage and communicate well with external clients, especially government officials.
  • Able to co-ordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
  • Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Able to write solution proposals
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Project, Visio & Excel
