<strong>Job#: 3023286<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>Technical Writer<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Doral, Florida (Hybrid)<br><br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Contract to Perm<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>We are seeking a Technical Writer responsible for producing clear and concise documentation that supports enterprise-scale products, services, and governance. This role translates complex technical concepts into plain language for diverse audiences. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, technically savvy, and experienced in creating documentation for large enterprise environments.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Develop various types of documentation including policies, plans, standards, guidelines, procedures, and playbooks.</li><li>Create technical specifications, requirements, architectural diagrams, data flows, and process workflows.</li><li>Produce user guides, operating manuals, and operational runbooks.</li><li>Partner with Governance Risk and Compliance, Engineering, and leadership teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.</li><li>Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into simple and actionable language.</li><li>Build diagrams, process flows, and visual aids to support the understanding of systems and processes.</li><li>Ensure all documentation meets internal governance requirements, industry best practices, and style guidelines.</li><li>Maintain version control and documentation structure in shared repositories and knowledge systems.</li><li>Continuously refine and improve documentation based on stakeholder feedback.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise, technology, or SaaS environment. Applicants must have a proven technical writing background with the ability to provide writing samples of white papers, policies, and software-focused documentation. Strong emphasis on owning and driving documentation creation is required.<br><br><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or Markdown, and diagramming tools like Visio or Lucidchart.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.</li><li>Familiarity with NIST, ISO, SOC2, PCIDSS, or other security frameworks.</li><li>Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure concepts.<br><br></li></ul>Work Environment<br><br>This position follows a hybrid work model, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.<br><br>This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
