We connect strategy, business solutions, products, and services to transform and grow companies.</p> <h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1> <p>This is not a traditional project management role.</p> <p>We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex client engagements at the intersection of delivery leadership, technical execution, and client partnership. This individual will help create structure within fast-moving consulting environments where priorities evolve, ambiguity exists, and successful outcomes depend on strong leadership and communication.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical depth, delivery experience, and executive presence. You should be comfortable partnering with architects and engineers on technical discussions while also serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.</p> <p>This role is focused on driving momentum, enabling teams, and creating alignment across workstreams. We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic consulting environments and knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership.</p> <p><strong>Important:</strong> Experience leading and delivering solutions within Databricks environments is a core requirement for this role.</p> <h1><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h1> <h2>Client & Delivery Leadership</h2> <ul> <li>Serve as a trusted delivery leader across complex client engagements</li> <li>Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Lead engagement planning, delivery strategy, and execution oversight</li> <li>Establish delivery rhythm and create structure across evolving workstreams</li> <li>Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly across teams</li> <li>Identify and proactively address delivery risks and obstacles</li> <li>Create alignment across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities</li> <li>Drive accountability while helping teams navigate ambiguity and change</li> <li>Support overall engagement success from initiation through delivery</li> </ul> <h2>Team Leadership</h2> <ul> <li>Lead and support cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, analysts, and consultants</li> <li>Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Remove blockers and enable teams to operate effectively</li> <li>Help teams navigate shifting priorities and evolving business needs</li> <li>Create an environment where teams can execute successfully while remaining adaptable</li> </ul> <h2>Technical Delivery Leadership</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with technical teams on implementation strategy and solution delivery</li> <li>Participate credibly in architecture and technical discussions</li> <li>Translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans</li> <li>Understand technical dependencies, constraints, and delivery risks</li> <li>Ensure strong communication between business and technical teams</li> <li>Drive knowledge transfer and delivery readiness throughout engagement lifecycles</li> <li>Support delivery initiatives leveraging Databricks and modern cloud data ecosystems</li> </ul> <h1><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h1> <h2>Required Experience</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience leading technical delivery, consulting engagements, or complex technology initiatives</li> <li>Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud and data initiatives</li> <li>Hands-on experience delivering solutions leveraging Databricks is required</li> <li>Experience leading Databricks initiatives including modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, or data transformation solutions</li> <li>Experience partnering closely with architects, engineers, and technical teams</li> <li>Strong experience within consulting or professional services environments</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams</li> <li>Proven ability to drive delivery across evolving priorities and ambiguous environments</li> <li>Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AI/ML initiatives, or modern cloud ecosystems</li> <li>Scrum certifications or Agile leadership experience</li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives</li> <li>Prior consulting services experience</li> </ul> <h2>Success in This Role Looks Like</h2> <ul> <li>Creating clarity where ambiguity exists</li> <li>Building trust quickly with clients and teams</li> <li>Driving execution without becoming overly process heavy</li> <li>Bringing structure and accountability to fast-moving environments</li> <li>Balancing technical credibility with delivery leadership</li> <li>Helping teams move faster and more effectively</li> </ul> <h2>Other Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication and executive presence</li> <li>Strong organizational and prioritization abilities</li> <li>Ability to influence without direct authority</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Salary Range</strong></h1> <p>Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $135,300 – $162,200 USD/annually.
