Technical IT Project Manager

This Project

Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations side of the business which includes but is not limited to stakeholders in the: retirement, insurance, benefits, contracts, and workers compensation space. In this role we are looking for someone who has a technology background as this position will help with projects bringing in technology to these areas of the business, therefore we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Application Development, EDI, and Integration experience. This organization is continuing to improve their processes, and we are looking for a Project Manager who can come in and help this organization focus on business improvement and use technology to automate processes.

This role requires flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to adjust plans in real time rather than strict adherence to formal project management frameworks.
