Technical Project Manager – Software Development
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and delivery-obsessed Technical Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about seeing projects through to completion, relentlessly focused on meeting deadlines, and excels at coordinating across teams to ensure successful delivery.

This role requires a strong sense of accountability, technical fluency, and the confidence to drive all stakeholders toward project goals.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain high visibility over product timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, QA, design, and business stakeholders—to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Influence through data and storytelling — create clear updates, executive summaries, and retrospectives that connect outcomes to app quality and customer impact.
  • Continuously optimize processes to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in AI, automation, and agentic workflows, translating emerging capabilities into practical application

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with technology solutions including system design, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle management.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program or project management, in mobile app development or platform teams.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems, including native development, app release management, and hybrid (webview) architectures
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on schedule.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies, understanding software architecture, and mastery of Jira.
  • Possess technical proficiency in system design, API integration, API testing
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable coordinating with distributed teams across different time zones, ensuring clear handoffs and timely communication.
  • Advanced Jira user with a strong focus on reporting-able to create ad-hoc reports on the fly and monitor bottlenecks to keep delivery on track.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
