Technology and Innovation - Salesforce Developer, Revenue Cloud and CPQ

Riveron is looking for a Salesforce Developer focused on Revenue Cloud and CPQ to join our team. The Developer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management. This role ensures accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes, and compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with strong expertise in Revenue Cloud

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing

  • Hands on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition

  • Hands on experience of CPQ implementation and Quote to Cash process

  • Configure products, pricing, product bundles, rules, quote templates, approvals, and discounting structures

  • Build advanced logic such as product rules, price rules, automation flows, and guided selling

  • Optimize quote-to-order processes to improve accuracy and reduce cycle times

  • Knowledge of subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, and collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, renewals

  • Knowledge of revenue recognition setups

  • Knowledge of integrations with NetSuite and ERP with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi

  • Experience with Agentforce

  • Excellent communication skills

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes

  • Document functional requirements and create solution architecture, System Architecture and Entity Relationship Diagram

  • Understanding of Quote to Cash end to end business process

  • Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling

  • Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition.

  • Design subscription and recurring revenue models

  • Experience building Usage products

  • Guide clients to make buy vs. build decisions

  • Design integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, Payment gateways, and tax engines and implement them

  • Develop custom workflows, approval processes, and automation for CPQ and Billing

  • Configure reports and dashboards as per client requirement

  • Prepare configuration runbooks and guide development team

  • Create documentation for CPQ billing processes and Conduct user training

  • Support deployment and post-implementation enhancements
