Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patients with clear instructions for telehealth appointments, documentation requirements, and follow-up procedures.

  • Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and timely resolution, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve any patient issues.
