We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with hands-on international/global benefits experience to support the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Slalom's benefit programs across multiple countries and regions. This role partners closely with the Global Benefits team, People Business Partners, Payroll, HR/People Operations, Legal, Finance, and external vendors/insurers to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, scalable, and fiscally responsible.


This is an execution-and-improvement role: you will not only run core operational processes (eligibility, enrollments, billing, audits, case support), but also take initiative to identify process gaps and implement efficiencies-especially through better use of Workday, automation, and data-driven workflows (including responsible use of AI where appropriate)


What You'll Do


Global benefits administration & employee support


* Support the day-to-day administration of health, well-being, and other benefit programs across multiple countries/regions (e.g., Americas and EMEA), including eligibility, enrollments, life events, and vendor coordination.

* Provide strong customer service and case resolution for colleagues with benefit questions and issues-triaging requests, determining the right path to resolution, and communicating clearly and timely.

* Partner with People Business Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent employee experience and accurate benefits outcomes.

Vendor, billing, and audit operations


* Coordinate day-to-day operations with third-party administrators, brokers, insurers, and other external partners to resolve escalations, correct errors, and improve service outcomes.

* Support integrations, reconciliation, and reporting between external benefit partners and internal HR/Payroll systems (including Workday), ensuring data accuracy end-to-end.

* Audit and reconcile payroll benefit deductions, eligibility outputs, invoices, support compliance reporting and audit processes.

* Support open enrollment activities (planning support, validations, testing, communications coordination, and post-enrollment cleanup as needed).

Workday support, automation, and continuous improvement


* Support Workday benefits operations and testing, including documenting test scenarios, executing test scripts, validating results, and assisting with defect tracking and resolution.

* Proactively identify recurring issues, manual workarounds, or process bottlenecks; recommend and help implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and employee experience.

* Identify opportunities for automation and standardization (e.g., Workday configuration optimizations, improved file processes, better reporting/controls, knowledge articles/SOPs, and workflow enhancements).

* •Leverage data and (where appropriate) AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency (e.g., trend analysis, root-cause identification, draft communications/knowledge articles), ensuring responsible use, data privacy, and governance alignment.

Data privacy & risk management


* Handle confidential employee data with discretion and ensure compliance with applicable privacy requirements and internal best practices.

* Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HR Ops, Payroll) to ensure benefits processes follow country-specific requirements and vendor obligations as applicable.

Project and team support


* Assist in implementing new or enhanced benefit plans and related initiatives; contribute to project plans,
