This role supports a wide range of HR functions, with an emphasis on leave of absence administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across the organization while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Oversee the day-to-day administration of LOA, FMLA, ADA, PWFA, as well as any other current or future leave programs</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for the leave Third-Party Administrator (TPA), ensuring timely case management, accurate leave administration, and a seamless employee experience throughout the leave lifecycle.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Support compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations and stay informed of legislative changes impacting leave and accommodation programs</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Support direct billing for employee benefits premiums and provide support for all leave-related payroll items</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Ensure accurate and timely processing of related paperwork, documentation, and data entry</span></b></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><b><span>Provide comprehensive and accurate support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders regarding leaves of absence, accommodations, and leave policies</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Conduct regular audits of HR data in systems to ensure integrity and alignment across platforms. </span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Support compliance efforts by managing mandatory training records, policy acknowledgments, and reporting for internal and external audits</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Support leave program transitions to new systems, vendors, and processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects from time to time</span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Required Qualifications </b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting HR Generalist functions, including Leave Management, HRIS, and Administrative HR support</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Proven experience managing leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, STD, etc.)</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Hands-on experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom)</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Google Suite: Sheets/Spreadsheet proficiency: V-Lookup, Formulas, Automation, etc.</span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Experience working on a fast-paced, high volume HR team</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Experience with HRIS administration, preferred Workday experience</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>PHR, SPHR and/or SHRM Certifications</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Understanding of HR functions and best practices</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Excellent customer service and communication skills</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Experience with a Mac and Gmail suite of applications </span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Physical Job Requirements</b></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Regularly required to be independently mobile</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Regularly required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co-workers</span></b></p></li></ul><h3></h3><p></p>The base pay range for this position is $71,211.00 to $92,575 per year.
