Travel Coordinator

Position Purpose: Provide support and serve as backup to the Travel and Expense Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Travel & Expense email inbox, providing timely and effective support Handle travel and expense inquiries, including changes and cancellations, in accordance with company policy. Assist with the administration and oversight of the Corporate Card program Serve as a liaison with our Travel Management Company (TMC) Manage and secure hotel contracts for local Field Support Centers Oversee and support the use of our travel booking tool (TripSource), including troubleshooting user issues Conduct ad hoc TripSource training sessions for internal stakeholders Coordinate and manage hotel room blocks nationwide for company events, acquisitions, and other miscellaneous travel needs Provide travel support for special circumstances, including executive travel and candidate interviews Make travel-related purchases using a corporate card and reconcile charges accurately and on time Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Direct Manager: Travel and Expense Manager; Direct Reports-N/A Travel Requirements: Ad hoc-opportunity to travel for acquisitions and to conferences Physical Requirements N/A Working Conditions Hybrid office Minimum Qualifications Proficient in Excel Strong communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to work some nights/weekends (10%) Excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Travel coordination experience Project Management skills Excellent negotiator Proven customer service skills Minimum Education: High school diploma/GED Preferred Education: Open to all candidates that meet the above Minimum Years of Work Experience: 1+ Certifications: 0 Competencies: Excel Outlook Travel coordination Work Location: McKinney, TX (FSC) Not the right job for you?
