The oncology nurse navigator is a licensed nurse with experience in cancer clinical care coordination and care management. In this role, navigation is provided throughout the patient journeyfrom diagnosis through survivorshipto optimize care coordination, enhance the patient experience, and support improved clinical outcomes.
