Travel Telemetry RN

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry RN to join our nationwide team of healthcare professionals supporting hospitals and medical centers across the United States. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring in acute care settings. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms, administering medications and treatments, and responding swiftly to changes in patient condition.

Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will help develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and telemetry monitoring, and support safe transitions of care. As a Travel Telemetry RN with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will rotate through various hospital assignments, adapting quickly to new environments, workflows, and teams while maintaining consistent, evidence-based standards of care. You will utilize advanced monitoring equipment, electronic medical records, and established clinical protocols to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Your ability to prioritize, multitask, and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment will be essential. In addition to providing direct bedside care, you will participate in shift handoffs, interdisciplinary huddles, and quality improvement initiatives that support positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
