<strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>As a Treasury Management Specialist Sr. at Huntington Bank, you’ll play a vital role in fostering client relationships, delivering innovative treasury solutions, and supporting portfolio growth. You’ll provide comprehensive sales support and sales analysis for the Treasury Management Advisors.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Research client financial structures and cash flow needs to recommend tailored treasury solutions</li><li>Work with Treasury Management Advisors to develop pricing strategies, perform financial modeling, and evaluate profitability</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively</li><li>Prepare compelling pitch materials, account strategies, and client review documents to support business development efforts</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and accurate billing for treasury services</li><li>Support the full client engagement cycle, from proposal development to service activation</li><li>Build strong internal relationships to enhance solution delivery and client satisfaction</li><li>Contribute to overall team revenue goals and continued growth of the Treasury Management business<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>6+ of relevant experience in treasury management and/or banking focusing on Government clients between $50 million and up including experience supporting treasury sales processes for municipalities, school districts, universities, and nonprofit institutions. .</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or related field<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent high-level treasury certification</li><li>Background in client relationship management, sales, or portfolio development</li><li>Passion for collaborating with treasury experts to solve clients’ unique financial challenges</li><li>Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills</li><li>Strong multitasking, analytical and organizational abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Exempt Status: (Yes</strong> = not eligible for overtime pay) (<strong>No</strong> = eligible for overtime pay)<br><br>Yes<br><br><strong>Workplace Type<br><br></strong>Office<br><br>Our Approach to <strong>Office </strong>Workplace Type<br><br>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
