About the Role Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a turndown attendant. The turndown attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

What you will do Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipe down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.

Remove Room

Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed. Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.
