In this role, you will be integral to enhancing the user experience across our suite of print and marketing solutions, focusing on delivering intuitive, aesthetically pleasing designs that streamline the user journey. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and development teams to ensure our solutions are not only visually compelling but also highly functional across all channels. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for design and a passion for creating seamless user experiences that bolster brand engagement and drive conversions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>In this position, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.</li><li>Identify design challenges and develop thoughtful, user‑focused solutions that protect the user journey and enhance overall interaction.</li><li>Take a user‑centric design approach, rapidly testing and iterating on concepts and prototypes.</li><li>Apply an omni‑channel mindset to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across devices, platforms, and products.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to maintain consistent, integrated brand experience across all channels.</li><li>Evaluate user feedback and behavioral data, iterating on designs to continually improve the user experience.</li><li>Use strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end‑to‑end experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints across web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Incorporate merchandising principles into design strategies, ensuring layout and product placement support strong conversion outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You’ll thrive in this role if you:</strong></p><ul><li>Hold a bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.</li><li>Bring proven UI/UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio of design projects.</li><li>Are proficient in standard UX tools such as Figma, InVision, Framer, Sketch, or similar platforms.</li><li>Have experience with advanced prototyping tools and AI assisted design technologies (e.g., Figma Make, Framer AI), and understand how generative and agentic AI are influencing UI patterns, interaction design, and design to development workflows.</li><li>Can work closely with internal clients to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that align with their needs and vision.</li><li>Apply UX best practices and have a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design principles.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of user centered design (UCD), including user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility considerations.</li><li>Are passionate about solving user pain points through thoughtful design and open to feedback and constructive critique.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>An environment that prioritizes balance between work and family.
