MUST HAVE managed projects in excess of 25mm dollars. Responsible for overall project (Manage pm''s, clients, timelines, budgets). Ex-Oracle or Big 4 highly desirable

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Oracle Deployment Project Manager to join our client engagement focused on Oracle HCM Deployment. This role covers the full implementation life cycle: planning, requirements, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support. The right person combines hands-on Oracle Cloud experience with strong project management skills and the ability to lead client-facing delivery across distributed teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation Delivery
Lead full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects from planning through post-production support. Drive application configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities across project workstreams
.Plan and coordinate go live. Identify project risks, propose mitigation actions and steer any required decisions

Requirements and Solution Design
Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and process flows.
Document transformation goals and system design requirements
Map current-state to future-state processes and coordinate solution design with functional and technical teams. Client Engagement and Training

Act as primary client contact for project status, risks, and decisions. Lead meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to support adoption post go-live.
Define support procedures post go live

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of Experience in ERP implementations Project Management experience.
4+ full life-cycle ERP implementations covering planning, design, build, testing, and go-live.
Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and back-end data connectivity for Oracle products such as HCM, CoreHR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits.
Experienced with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms, Replicon (Timesheet Management), SAP S4HANA, Analytics Platforms (Snowflake), DayShape (for Resource Management)
Solid experience within financial services industry servicing cross-industry clients.
Bachelor''s degree in IT, MIS, or related field. Master''s degree is a plus.
Experience supporting testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data migration, and go-live readiness activities
Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
Exposure or training on Oracle ERP and adoption management throughout the new users

NICE TO HAVE
Industry-recognized HCM deployment certification.
PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in a professional services or Big 4 advisory environment.
