User Acceptance Tester III - Remote

<div><p><b>Labcorp is seeking a remote User Acceptance Tester III (Senior) to join our team.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Work Schedule</b></p><p>Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and execute complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for high-impact system implementations</p></li><li><p>Define and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Develop and own UAT strategies, test plans, and execution for large-scale, cross-functional projects</p></li><li><p>Perform end-to-end and integration testing to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements</p></li><li><p>Analyze system enhancements to assess process impact, financial implications, and technical performance</p></li><li><p>Identify, track, and manage defects, including severity, frequency, and resolution</p></li><li><p>Validate systems using data analysis, testing tools, and established methodologies</p></li><li><p>Document test results, present findings, and obtain stakeholder approval</p></li><li><p>Monitor post-production performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with business analysts, developers, and leadership to resolve issues and clarify requirements</p></li><li><p>Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for business users throughout the testing lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Lead release activities, status updates, and project discussions as needed</p></li><li><p>Coordinate testing efforts across multiple analysts and projects</p></li><li><p>Mentor and support junior team members, including reviewing test plans and strategies</p></li><li><p>Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts</p></li><li><p>Support user adoption through documentation, training, and system demonstrations</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) and UAT methodologies</p></li><li><p>Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QC/ALM)</p></li><li><p>Experience with web services and data formats (e.g., JSON, EDI X12, HL7)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management in healthcare, including HIPAA</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of process mapping and system workflows</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Labcorp systems</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Job Standards</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business terms</p></li><li><p>Self-directed with the ability to work independently and drive results</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b>Application Window Closes: </b>5/25/2026</p><p><b>Pay Range: </b>$55,000 - $85,000</p><p></p><p>All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">applicable degrees/certifications, as</span> well as internal equity and market data. </p><p></p><p>At Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
