In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between the firm and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, accurate billing, and seamless administrative support across daily operations. You will play a vital part in enhancing client experience by maintaining regular contact, managing case-related updates, and supporting onboarding and documentation processes.
