Role Overview

Location: Kasgunga, Mbita, Suba North (Homa Bay County)

Job Type: Contract

Experience: 1–3 years

Field: Sales / Marketing / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Drive sales through van distribution, consistently meeting targets and expanding outlet coverage.

Relationship Management: Optimize routes and build strong rapport with retailers to ensure product availability and

maximum visibility.

Commercial Execution: Implement strategic pricing and promotions while identifying new business opportunities.

Logistics & Accountability: Manage stock and credit with high accuracy while ensuring safe van operation.

Reporting: Submit timely sales reports via company systems and maintain strict compliance with quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Licensing: Valid driving license (Class B/C) with a clean driving record.

Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG van sales or route-to-market sales.

Technical Skills: Previous experience working with an ERP Mobile system is strongly preferred.

Education: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business
