Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bungoma, Kenya, for various positions across different disciplines and responsibilities. Depending on your area of expertise, your day-to-day tasks may include lesson planning, delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences, curriculum development, student mentorship, and assessments. Moreover, you might be involved in extracurricular activities and teamwork to support the overall growth and success of the students and the school community.

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver subject-specific knowledge effectively, tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Proficiency in planning lessons, developing educational content, and assessing student progress.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in innovative teaching strategies, creative thinking, and problem-solving in an educational context.
  • Familiarity with school activities, engagement in extracurricular programs, and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education or in a specific subject area, with teaching certification being advantageous.
  • Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
  • Proficiency in ICT and integration of technology in teaching.
  • Competent in CBC implementation.
