You'll be responsible for delivering key insights and reports that drive our staffing and resource allocation decisions.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Job Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with</span></li><li><span>organizational goals and project requirements</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization</span></li><li><span>Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team</span></li><li><span>Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates</span></li><li><span>Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps</span></li><li><span>Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Required Deliverables:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Develop and implement documented staffing strategy recommendations.</span></li><li><span>Generate weekly staffing reports to reflect resource allocation and address open staffing requests.</span></li><li><span>Maintain updated and accurate supply/demand forecasts with actionable recommendations for adjustments.</span></li><li><span>Create and manage utilization dashboards tailored to leadership specifications.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span><span>Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).</span></span></li><li><span>Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience.</span></li><li><span>Have 3+ years of experience in staffing project teams, management consulting, corporate strategy, or an equivalent field.</span></li><li><span>Possess 1+ years of experience in technology professional services (desired).</span></li><li><span>Proficient in using Salesforce or another CRM platform.</span></li><li><span>Ability to prioritize workload effectively and ensure optimal staffing for project teams.</span></li><li><span>Basic understanding of capacity planning models.</span></li><li><span>Experience in staffing and forecasting within fractional staffing models.</span></li></ul><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Knowledgeable about cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.</span></li><li><span>Experienced with Looker or similar BI tools.</span></li><li><span>Familiar with FinancialForce.</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>The base salary range for this position is $ 80,217 to 85,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
