Job Description Join our Xplor Pay team as Vendor Analyst to make a real impact every day. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated, payments industry-savvy, Vendor Analyst to be responsible for the management and analysis of vendor contracts, performance, and compliance. The analyst will work with vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met and that vendors are adhering to company policies and procedures. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing vendor invoices for accuracy and providing data to management for re-negotiating pricing with vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vendors, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise • Prepare reports on vendor activity for management • Manage and maintain accurate vendor records in the company database • Serve as a contact for vendor-related inquiries • Conduct regular audits of vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies • Assist with developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor relations • Review and approve monthly vendor invoices • Track pricing to ensure we meet revenue and profitability goals • Work with Finance to generate residual compensation reporting • Facilitate Annual Audits with bank sponsors • Manage quarterly reporting requirements with bank sponsors and card brands (Visa, MC, Amex and Discover) • Support contact for Operations, Sales and I.T. areas pertaining to transaction service providers • Notarize legal documents as required • Perform other related duties as assigned by management You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team. - The average base salary pay range for this position is $55k to $65k - May be considered for a discretionary bonus Qualifications What would make me a good candidate?
