This senior leader will support Tidal Basin’s growth in this sector.  The R&R business unit focuses on response and recovery activities at the federal and state levels to include FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA Individual Assistance (IA), and Hazard Mitigation (FEMA 406). These programs deliver policy and program delivery services for debris monitoring, site inspections, preliminary damage assessments, and post-disaster housing and sheltering. The programs delivered also include on-site technical support, contact center/call center support, on-site staff support (at EOCs or field operations locations), grants program management, and other federal and state pre- and post-disaster programs. At the foundation of how they approach work should be excellent in client delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced subject matter expert to help grow a multidisciplinary service.</span><br><br><b><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span
