Virtual Tutor - Summer 2026 at Framework

Framework is now hiring Certified Tutors for Summer 2026 tutoring!

Framework is seeking certified, experienced, and creative educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of elementary, middle, or high school students covering various math and ELA subjects.

Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.

Position Details

  • Start Date: 6/15/2026
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday weekly, 7am - 3pm EST
  • Focus: K-5 Math and ELA
  • Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
  • Pay: $30/hour for tutoring, $20/hour for admin/prep time
  • Location: Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.
  • Who: A legal U.S. resident who is certified in General Education, Math, or ELA

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom
  • Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
  • Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
  • Administer provided assessments as scheduled
  • Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team

Requirements

  • Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted)
  • Additional SpEd or ESL Certification a plus
  • Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
  • Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
  • Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
  • Prior online tutoring experience preferred
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
