Apply Job Type Full-time Description POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President, Client Partner Executive is a critical role supporting Accuity’s largest health system clients. The VP, Client Partner holds responsibility for assigned client satisfaction, meeting contractual obligations, value creation, providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to Accuity operations leaders. They will be expected to leverage Accuity resources to identify and execute on performance improvement opportunities, serving as a peer and trusted advisor to client C-suite leadership. Given the importance of the assigned client(s), this is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact both on the client(s) and Accuity overall. The VP, Client Partner will be a dynamic leader who will bring a unique mix of consulting and revenue cycle expertise that inspires confidence with the client and Accuity. They will understand the importance of the role and think proactively about strengthening the client relationships at highly matrixed organizations, top to bottom. Building credibility and driving performance for the client is the top priority. Performance will be measured on account revenue retention and incremental revenue growth within the client. Additionally, client satisfaction will be measured yearly via net promoter scores (NPS) and client readiness for references. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure seamless delivery of Accuity’s solution to achieve client and Accuity KPIs and objectives • Collaborate and strategize with operational leadership to develop best practice processes to achieve expected outcomes and world class service • Develop trusted executive relationships across the client organization. • “Own” the client relationship and become an expert of the client’s organization and needs and solution how Accuity can proactively support their business goals • Define schedules, key milestones, and success criteria • Leads all client issue escalation and resolution efforts • Partner with Sales leadership on account growth initiatives • Work across multi-disciplinary internal teams to recommend and implement changes to processes, reporting, and any other factors that drive service improvement • Manage internal Client Success support colleagues that provide day-to-day account maintenance • Drive renewal contract negotiations • Provide input to forecasting and funnel activities • Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management required • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA) Experience/Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle, with preference to mid-revenue cycle (CDI and/or HIM) • Advanced communication and presentation skills – “executive presence” • High business acumen and analytical skills • Proven ability to work and develop C-level relationships at highly matrixed organizations • Leadership skills that motivate and galvanize internal team members, to include Accuity Executive Leadership Team • Strong knowledge of the healthcare market landscape, in particular mid-revenue cycle • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers and other key stakeholders that can help implement smooth execution • Passionate about customer experiences with the ability to drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the customer experience end-to-end Skills/Requirements • Ability to use a PC in a Windows environment, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Independent, focused individual able to work remotely or on-site Apply To This Job
