Job Description:

  • Serve as the senior leader accountable for performance, execution, and client value delivery across assigned client engagements
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation and performance improvement
  • Align client stakeholders, on-site teams, and Vizient functional leaders to a unified operating model with shared goals, priorities, and performance outcomes
  • Partner with client leadership to shape long-term supply chain strategies and transformation roadmaps – not just operational excellence
  • Lead execution of integrated supply chain delivery within a highly matrixed operating model, aligning cross-functional Vizient teams with client stakeholders
  • Drive execution of savings initiatives, operational improvements, and transformation efforts to achieve financial and performance targets
  • Establish governance structures, including decision rights, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks across matrixed teams
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope, deepen client partnerships, improve outcomes, and increase overall engagement value
  • Drive alignment and results without direct authority, creating clarity, structure, and accountability across multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Advanced degree desired
  • 10 or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or related fields required
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success operating within highly matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable financial and operational results
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in health systems or similarly complex organizations
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
