Reporting to the Head of Commercial (EMEA VP Sales), you will operate as a strategic "CEO of your territory."</p><p></p><p>Typical wins range from €75k to high-six-figure ARR SaaS contracts. Success in this role demands a sophisticated hunter mindset, the ability to self-source 90% of your pipeline, and the executive presence to build trust with C-suite stakeholders and specialized functional leaders. We are looking for a high-energy scale-up professional who leads with value and masters the complexity of modern payment orchestration.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategic Hunting (90% Outbound):</b> Build and execute a territory plan focused on high-fidelity outbound prospecting to generate the vast majority of your qualified pipeline.</li><li><b>C-Suite Engagement:</b> Build immediate credibility and lead high-level negotiations with CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs, as well as specialized stakeholders such as the Head of Treasury and Head of Payments.</li><li><b>Technical Sales Mastery:</b> Lead initial discovery calls and high-level product demos independently to build urgency.
