VP Product – Ads Experiences

<div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">The Role</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">Fetch is seeking a VP of Ads Experience to lead the product strategy and execution for the Ads Experiences pillar, covering our core and expanded user earning opportunities. This role will own the consumer-facing experiences that translate Fetch’s Ads Types and partner objectives into engaging, measurable outcomes for both users and brands. These experiences span core earning channels and partner integrations such as Offers, Play, Shop, Local Dining, the Fetch Card and future opportunities, and represent some of the most important drivers of revenue, engagement, and partner success across the platform.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">The Head of Ads Experience will lead product managers responsible for these experiences and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to deliver new earning opportunities and scalable partner integrations.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">This role will work closely with sister pillars for Growth, Ads Surfaces, Ads Platform, and Platform Foundations. Together, these leaders make Fetch the rewards destination for everyone, where users Live Rewarded, and partners reach their objectives.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">You’ll be joining Fetch at a pivotal moment as we expand rewarded commerce, introduce new earning formats, and scale our ads ecosystem across new verticals.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">Role Responsibilities: </strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for Fetch’s Ads Experiences pillar, spanning all advertiser funded opportunities to earn points on the Fetch platform.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Lead a team of PMs across key monetization experiences including Offers, Restaurants, Play, Shop, the Fetch Card and wells as new opportunities/verticals.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Translate existing and new platform capabilities into compelling user experiences that drive engagement, revenue, and partner success.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Partner closely with other Pillar leads and Product/Tech executive leadership to ensure platform capabilities unlock scalable experiences.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Drive the expansion of new earning partnerships, verticals and experiences across commerce, services, and digital experiences.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Collaborate with Design and Brand Experience teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality earning experiences that maintain user trust and delight.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Work with GTM, Sales, and BD teams to ensure product capabilities translate into commercial opportunities</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Evaluate, negotiate, and collaborate with partner organizations, delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties as well as Fetch users</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Establish clear KPIs and success metrics tied to revenue growth, partner performance, and user engagement.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Manage the impact of product experiences on the P&L for Ads Experiences</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Build, grow and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders and managers</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38);">Minimum Qualifications: </strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">10+ years of product management experience with significant leadership responsibility.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience leading large consumer product areas or platforms with measurable revenue impact.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong understanding of advertising, commerce, marketplace, or rewards ecosystems.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Proven ability to partner deeply with Engineering, Data, and Design leaders to deliver complex, scalable systems.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience working with GTM, Sales, and digital advertisers teams to translate product capabilities into commercial success.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user experience, partner needs, and business outcomes.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent;">Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams.</span></li></ul><div><br></div>
